Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.):
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) is a master's degree in business administration, which gives focused training in ‘the coordination of human, material, and financial resources to accomplish organizational goals.’ MBA degree is considered as the most valuable post graduate degree in the world and has exciting career opportunities. This program attracts people from a wide range of academic disciplines. The curriculum consists of Foundation, Functional, Environment Analysis and Integrative Courses.
The course is of 2 years, divided into 4 semesters each of about 6 months. At the end of each semester an examination is held to judge the understanding of the students in those six months. The students will get a thorough grounding in the theories and principles of Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computers, Behavioral Sciences (Foundation courses); Finance, Marketing, Production and Human Resources Management (Functional); Political, Economic, Social and Cultural Systems, Legal Aspects, Competition (Environment Analysis ); Business Policy, Strategic Management (Integrative). To get admission in to MBA under convener quota one needs to clear the entrance examination ICET conducted by the State Government. For management quota the general criteria are at least a three-year bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by the affiliating University JNTUH and secured a minimum of 50% aggregate.

MBA graduates are given highly paid jobs in Public and Private sector in all fields. To name few Insurance, Banking, Automobile industry and Real Estate companies.

Mr. G. Shankar Narayana, Associate Professor of Management & HOD. obtained his master’s degree in Commerce from S.V.University, Thirupathi. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Mumbai. He did P.G.Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan, Hyderabad and P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management from Annamali University. He passed MBA from Periyar University with 71 %. He started his career as Lecturer in commerce in Sathavahana College, Vijayawada and S.V.K.P.College , Markapur . He joined ING Vysya Bank in 1977 and served the Bank as an Officer Manager, faculty / Chief faculty etc, at various places for a period of 25 years and left the bank on Voluntary Retirement Scheme in July 2002. Since then , he has associated himself very actively with various Business Schools , Hyderabad as faculty & visiting faculty .He is committed, amicable and caring teacher with rich and varied teaching and training experience of more than 25 years . He taught under-graduate, graduate & post-graduate students. His areas of teaching interest are – Finance and Banking.

Mr. K. Vinodbabu has 8 years of teaching in management subjects. He is proficient in marketing subjects like International Marketing, Sales and Distribution Management, Retail Marketing, Organizational Behavior etc. He has rich experience In conducting personality development programs .and presently pursuing M. Phil from Sri Venkateswara university.
Mr. K.SAIKRISHNA, M.B.A,Associate Professor
Mr. K.SAIKRISHNA an Associate Professor has 10 years of teaching experience in various finance related courses such as Advance Accounting, Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting Financial Management, Q.T, S.A.P.M, Economics, Banking and Management. He has published 10 articles in various Journals and Magazines of ICFAI University. Actively associated in a Teaching Support Center for development of Faculty Teaching aids and Research on Case Methodology for MBA courses. and participated with Curriculum Development Cell . Ms. Vandana is an Associate Professor and expert in teaching Foundation Courses, Economics, and Quantitative Methods. Her earlier experience as financial analyst is very much useful to the students.

Ms.P.Saritha Reddy,M.B.A,Assistant Professor has 2 years of teaching experience she did her post graduation in university of East London.
- for an Industrial Visit to Sanghi Industries ,Hyderabad on 09-01-2012. Transportation facility has been arranged by the College. 45 students have participated in the visit
- 25 students of MBA –IV have been taken on 12-04-2012 to Aravinda College of Engineering & Technology for placements by TATA MONITOR. The company has conducted written tests and interview.
Only one candidate, Miss Vinusha has come out successfully and awaiting orders from the company. Many of the students have failed at first level – test and we advised the students to go with preparation
- Seven students have completed one month Internship in Consumer Redemption Program for their client Godfrey Philips India Ltd., conducted by M/S Leone at Hyderabad and Certificates of Achievements have been issued to the students
- A brief write up on “Economic Reforms-1991 and its impact” has been prepared and distributed among students in connection with visit of Prof. Indrasena Reddy gaaru who delivered talk on the subject of “Economic Reforms-1991 and its impact”. Soft copies have been mailed to the faculty MBA, students of Sem. III & IV and Chairman Academic Board
- A brief write up on “Central Budget-2012- & Highlights” has been prepared and Soft copies have been mailed to the faculty MBA, students of Sem-III & IV and Chairman Academic Board
- Prepared one handout on ‘Guidelines for Projects and Preparation of Projects Reports” and send to the students of Sem-IV
- Proctor meetings: Meetings have been held by the members of the faculty for the students of Sem-II and Sem-IV and brief reports have been sent to the Vice-Principals of both the colleges
- Staff meetings have been held regularly (a minimum 2 to 3) in a month and the minutes have been submitted to the Vice-principals of both the colleges
- Presentations by students on a few important inputs of subjects have been conducted and reported to the Vice-Principals and ACB for their kind perusal

- Students of Sem-IV have been attached to five faculty members who will act as Internal guides for projects

- 95 students have been issued letters on so as to enable them to get permission from companies to take up Project related works. So far, 10 students have informed that they got permission letters from companies.

- A one day work shop” Entrepreneurship“ was conducted by National Small Scale Industries Corporation of India (NSIC) a Govt. of India undertaking on 29-12-2011 for the students of MBA ist year and II nd year.
- Certificates of participation have been issued by NSIC and were given away to the students at the hands of our beloved Chairman, Academic Board.
- A soft skills programme was conducted for 12 days from 28-11-2011 to 12-12 -2011 by M/s Henry Chauncey , Training consultants, Hyderabad for students of II year MBA students with view to enhance self confidence levels of students by improving communication skills – oral and written etc . The programme focused on inputs like - Arithmetic skills and analytical skills
